Terms of use

Last updated 17 October 2026

The short version: use 1onE for good, keep your password safe, check important answers, and know that the beta may change.

The agreement

These terms are between you and BuildON Inc, the company that makes 1onE. By creating an account or using 1onE you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use 1onE.

Your account

The beta

1onE is in beta and free for now. Features, daily limits and availability can change, and things may sometimes break. We'll give notice before introducing paid plans, and nothing will be charged without you choosing it.

Using 1onE fairly

Please don't use 1onE to break the law, harm or harass people, make content that sexualises children, spread malware, impersonate others, get around the daily limits, or attack or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI answers

1onE uses AI, and AI can be wrong. Check anything important, especially money, health, legal and safety matters, with a qualified person. 1onE's maths tool gives exact results for the sum it's given, but you should still check that the sum is the right one. Reminders depend on your device, browser and internet connection, so don't rely on 1onE alone for anything critical like medication timing.

What's yours

What you put into 1onE and what it makes for you are yours to use, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to store and process them only to run 1onE for you. The 1onE name, apps and design belong to BuildON Inc.

Images and text made by AI may resemble existing work. Make sure you have the right to use them before using them commercially.

Ending things

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Limits on our responsibility

1onE is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, BuildON Inc isn't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, from using 1onE. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Questions go to [email protected].
